Hours to reserve and fees:

11:00AM - 2:00PM $20.00 4:00PM - 7:00PM $20.00 11:00AM - 7:00PM $40.00

*Hours are determined by school activities.

Rules:

1. The facility user fee must be paid before facility can be reserved.
2. Facility user must have a signed use permit before using park shelter.
3. Permit is for the shelter only.
4. Permit does not reserve any other athletic fields (basketball courts, volleyball courts, or baseball fields). or other picnic tables or grounds.
5. The park remains open to the public at all times.
6. The user will make use of only the assigned area.
7. All vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
8. The user is liable for all damage during usage, property or otherwise.
9. User must take out their trash.
10. User must clean up after use of facility.
11. There is absolutely no electricity provided.
12. There are absolutely no fires permitted.
13. The gate to the facility will be closed at dusk.
14. Cancellation must be made 4 working days prior to reservation for refund.
15. The restrooms remain open to the public at all times.
16. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED.
17. The County Manager must approve all fund raising activities at the time of application.

Failure to abide by all rules and regulations or failure to disclose information regarding activities will result in revocation of use permit and immediate eviction for premises.

Reservations are not taken over the phone but inquires concerning shelter availability will be answered. Reservations are made in person on the first come, first served basis at the Jackson County Recreation Department offices between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday.
