This 24,000 - Square - foot facility offers:

• Full-size gym (basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton available)
• Fitness Room with Precor cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus weight equipment, free weights and personal trainers available.
• Three multipurpose meeting rooms, one with a warming kitchen.
  Aerobics room, Yoga/Spinning room
  Kid-n-Play child care available
• Men's and Women's Locker Rooms. Lockers are offered on a first-come basis, locks can be checked out at the front desk. No overnight storage allowed.

Jackson County Recreation Department Offices

• Satellite television is available in the fitness and meeting rooms.
• Fitness classes such as aerobics, step aerobics, kick boxing, spin cycling, Senior fitness, youth fitness, and youth movement are available for an additional fee.
• A wide variety of recreational classes are offered.

Check-In Procedure

• All persons must stop at the front desk and sign in or scan their facility card.
• Admissions fees are required to use the facility (daily admission fee or pass holder fee).
• All pass holders will show or scan their pass before using the facility.
• Non-pass holders will have to sign in and pay for a daily facility pass.
• The facility pass must be with you at all times.
• Check, credit card, or cash payments are accepted for pass fee.
• No refunds or prorating on facility pass fees.
• All returned checks will be assessed at $15.00 service fee.

General Policies and Procedures

• An adult within the facility must accompany children under 13 years of age.
• Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted in the facility or the gymnasium but portable infant car seats are welcome.
• Appropriate shirts and shoes are required at all times.
• Staff has the right to ask anyone to leave who violates any rules or guidelines.
• Jackson County Recreation Center is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
• A full refund will be issued if we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
